  • Interactive Sessions: Join us for weekly discussions and Q&A sessions, where we’ll explore key concepts, answer questions, and dive into strategies that foster a secure, thriving marriage.

  • Personal Impact: Together, we’ll navigate topics such as attachment, co-regulation, and overcoming marital drift, all with the guidance and support of a close-knit group of couples on a similar journey.

Secure

Secure guides couples through the foundational pillars of a healthy, lasting relationship, covering essential topics like understanding attachment, breaking negative cycles, and nurturing authentic connection. This workbook dives into the powerful dynamics of the pursue/withdraw patterns, helping couples identify and shift from harmful interaction styles to supportive, loving behaviors. With weekly exercises, couples will explore co-regulation, emotional safety, and how small, consistent efforts can steer a relationship/marriage toward profound transformation over time.

Each chapter provides tools to address past wounds, embrace vulnerability, and rediscover intimacy. Using concepts like the Four Horsemen (criticism, defensiveness, contempt, and stonewalling) and the REPS model (Reflect, Engage, Prompt, Share), Secure invites couples to confront common pitfalls, manage conflict healthily, and replace old cycles with new, intentional habits. With practical exercises, prompts, and encouragement for gratitude and attunement, Secure offers a pathway to a safe and connected relationship.
